For Rydin’s presence at the annual IPMI Conference, I designed a cohesive marketing package including three large-format banners (36"W x 90"H), one smaller display (13.25"H x 18"H), and a double-sided punch-out insert sheet. The insert featured two branded door hangers and three interactive game tags to drive booth engagement. I also managed real-time social media coverage, leveraging event hashtags to increase visibility—earning a feature from the official IPMI account. Post-show efforts included an e-blast thank-you message and a recap video shared across Rydin’s digital platforms.
